The work
In each chamber, the furniture was moved out, the old carpet was taken up and the floor prepared, and new wood-look vinyl plank flooring was laid. The furniture went back in once the floor was down.
How the job ran
The chambers stayed in use, so the work was scheduled around the court's calendar: after hours, or while a chamber was free.
