The work

Working down both towers from swing stages, our crews cut out the failed sealant at the window-to-brick joints, primed the joints and tooled in new perimeter sealant.

Where the glazing had failed, our crews re-bedded the glass and re-sealed the window perimeters.

How sealant work runs

The company's own crews do its sealant work, from swing stages or boom lifts, between spring and fall; a building typically takes months.
